The Importance of Scheduling Your Session Early
Graduation is closer than it seems and the list of things to do before then is longer than you think. Real quick, think about the list of things that you already know you have. Off the top of my head: Get cap, gown, and cords, finish up those scholarship applications, and pick out the perfect outfit to graduate in! I know you have a lot on your list, and this is your reminder to schedule your graduate session if you haven’t already!
Prep Time
When you schedule your session ahead of time, you have the time needed to prepare. This could include finding the perfect outfit or making sure that you have time to get together any props you’d like to bring to your session. If your session is in the spring and you want to include your football equipment, it may take a few days to collect those items, and Having the time to do that is very helpful.
First Choice of Dates
My schedule, like many photographers, is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The dates that I release are the only dates that will be released. When those are filled, that’s it! My extra dates are reserved for weather and illness reschedules. With that being said, when you see any photographer open up their calendar, jump on it for the best options!
Opportunity to Budget
Your session and the prints that you purchase after are an investment. It is very important that you factor this investment into your budget. When you book your session in advance, you have enough time to save.
Personally, I love it when you book in advance. It allows both of us the opportunity to discuss what the vision for the session is and fully prepare to complete that vision. With that being said, my spring calendar for 2023 is officially open! Click the link below to get the process started!
